How to apply for income certificate in UP

Before Going to fill up the income certificate form

We need to ready document some documents

Required documents

Passport size photograph
Self declaration form

Register yourself 

After registration click on save button

Go to login page

After login you will see many application

You have to choose income certificate option

This will redirect you the application form

Fill the application form

And upload the photo and the self declaration form

After uploading and submitting application form

The next step is the payment step

You have to pay 5 rupees through internet banking or any other Options like debit card or credit card
